1. The pavement shot blasting machine should be fully carried out during the shot blasting process, and it should not be missed. If the working area is too large and segmentation is required, the overlap length of each working surface should be controlled within 3-3.5cm.
2. In order to ensure an ideal napping effect as a whole, the single working width of the road shot blasting machine should not be less than 25cm.
3. During the construction process, the road shot blasting machine should be carried out in accordance with the direction of the flow of the vehicle, so as to obtain an ideal treatment effect.
4. The shot blasting effect should be based on removing impurities such as floating slurry. When the bridge deck float is thick, the operator should control the power of the shot blasting machine within 300 rpm, and the machine will advance by itself. When the bridge deck float is thin or exposed, the operator should blast the machine according to the situation. The power of the pill machine is controlled above 1000-1800 rpm, so that the entire bridge deck can be leveled.
5. After the shot blasting is finished, use a waterwheel to rinse and keep it clean. After drying, the bridge deck waterproof layer can be treated.
