4. When adding shot material, check if it is qualified. It is recommended to have a particle size of 1.5mm for steel sand. At the same time, check for large impurities such as screws, steel nails, stones, etc. inside the steel sand, and clean it in a timely manner to prevent damage to the shot blasting wheel.
5. Adjust the height between the bottom ejection port of the mobile shot blasting machine and the working cleaning surface, usually ensuring that all sides are within 10mm (± 1mm).
6. Do not use the equipment in rainy or humid environments to avoid unnecessary losses.

8. When handling or moving the flat shot blasting machine, be sure to close the shot material control valve, completely stop the rotation of the shot blasting wheel, and cut off the power before operating.
9. Timely clean the accumulated dust inside the dust collector.
10. After the flat shot blasting of the steel plate, timely recover the shot material, clean it up, and prepare for reuse.
11. During the handling and transportation of the shot blasting machine, screws, nails, welding rods and other debris should be avoided to prevent them from being adsorbed under the shot blasting mouth. Check and clean once every startup.
