Before starting the mobile shot blasting equipment, check all safety systems:
1. All connections of the mobile shot blasting machine should be intact and reliable;
2. Check that bolts and other connections are tight;
3. There should be no foreign objects in the shot, valves, and blasting head;
4. Check the blasting head guard plate and its fastening bolts;
5. Check the sealing device's tightness;
6. Check the lubrication of the shot blasting drive bearing every 100 hours;
7. Confirm that the dust collector's ash collection box is empty;
8. Check the screen and shot baffle;
9. 10. Check the electrical system for looseness and remove any debris;
11. Check the amount of shot; add more if necessary;
12. Ensure the magnetic strip is 8-10 mm above the ground;
13. Check the cable and vacuum cleaner connections;
14. Connect the power supply and confirm it is 380V 50HZ 63A with good grounding;
15. Turn on the vacuum cleaner; rotate it from left to right to the "on" position. The dust collector will start working, and the pulse valve will intermittently blow dust.
16. Turn on the shot blasting machine; press the start button. The main unit will start, and the motor will run.
17. Pull the control handle of the sand valve on the right side backward. Sand will begin to flow into the shot blaster;
18. Observe the current;
19. Adjust the travel speed to achieve satisfactory results. (Adjust using buttons and knobs according to actual application.)
20. The recommended speed for cleaning steel plates is 6, and for cleaning roads, it is 15.
21. Check and adjust the motor rotation direction according to the arrow indication.
